Hello, my name is Stefanie! I was born and raised in San Jose, CA. After working in the childcare industry for over 13 years I have worked my way up from a teachers aid, to an assistant, lead teacher, and finally earning the title as a school Director, due to my continued education in child development studies. It took many years of experience and education to get where I’m at today. I have worked at various schools experiencing different philosophies in child development. In my life of living I am a strong believer that education equals success. My path has lead me where I’m at today of opening up my own preschool center with my business partner, Brittanie! My plan is to utilize my experiences from other schools and incorporate them at my school to help children thrive and become successful through early education and help them understand the world around them in today’s society. Our philosophy is Highscope and Montessori incorporated, we emphasize on guiding children to be independent and to reach their full potential in the classroom through guidance and consistency. It is my first priority to always put my students first and provide activities in the classroom that promote social skills, emotional growth, physical and cognitive preparation that lead to academic success for each of my students.

My name is Brittanie and I will be your child’s teacher for this year! I grew up watching my cousin, niece, and nephews, and adore interacting with children. I love watching them grow and shape into the successful children I know they will be. This past year, I worked at a Montessori school and began as an aide to support the classroom. I loved the philosophy so much and wanted to expand my knowledge in this particular area so I enrolled in Montessori and Child Development classes. Following that, I became a qualified teacher with my Early Childhood Education requirements. I am currently working on my Child Development degree. I look forward to having a great year with your children!
